Job summary

Jobtailor in Chennai, India is searching for a Technical Business Analyst to translate business requirements for the Ford Bill (Unified Billing) domain into actionable user stories. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, partner with the Product Owner to craft JIRA stories, and guide requirements through the SDLC from analysis to testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of SAAS platforms and cloud-based software solutions.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Experience working on a project involving AI for development and testing.
• Hand-on AI experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for Ford Bill (Unified Billing) domain and propose solutions meeting business objectives.
