Job summary

Zydushospitals in Vadodara is seeking a marketing and communications liaison to build strong doctor and patient relationships, coordinate community outreach, and manage promotional campaigns. The role involves event organization, market research, and budget oversight within a hospital setting.

The candidate will coordinate with doctors, communities, and media to promote hospital services, CME activities, and public health programs while ensuringCompliance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Liaising and networking with doctors, colleagues, patient groups
• Liaising with communities & social associations
• Communicating with target audiences and managing doctor and patient relationships
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in press or radio
• Managing the production of marketing materials and liaising with designers/printers
• Distributing marketing materials effectively
• Updating doctor and activities databases
• Organizing and attending medical events and CME sessions
• Conducting market research by meeting doctors' groups
• Contributing to marketing plans and strategies
• Managing CME, camps and OPD budgets; evaluating campaigns
• Monitoring competitor activity and supporting the marketing manager

Essential duties and responsibilities

• 1. Liaising andnetworking with a range of doctors, colleagues, patient
• 2. Liaising andnetworking with communities & social associations
• 3. Communicatingwith target audiences and managing doctor and patient relationships;
• 4. Sourcingadvertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional,national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on theorganization and the campaign;
• 5. Managing theproduction of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers,newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs; Liaising with designers and printers;
• 6. Arranging theeffective distribution of marketing materials;
• 7. Maintainingand updating doctor and activities databases;
• 8. Organizingand attending events such as doctor's CME & conferences, medical camps,seminars, exhibitions, public awareness lectures;
• 9. Conductingmarket research by meeting various group of doctors;
• 10. Contributingto, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
• 11. Managingbudgets for CME, camps and OPD; evaluating marketing campaigns;
• 12. Monitoringcompetitor activity. Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
• 13. Follow thesenior and organization policies.
• 14. Any other work assigned by the management from time to time.

Working conditions

• 1. General shift will be applicable and it may vary based on thework.
• 2. Working can be within or outside the hospital (as & whenrequire).
