Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assisting to Planning strategy and organizing departmental activities.
• Coordinating events of marketing.
• Executing advertising campaign.
• Procuring materials and needs for marketing events.
• Ensuring the organizational objectives are achieved in terms of growth and branding.
• Organising events such as Camps, seminars, CME's and other marketing activities.
• Coordinating and helping to other staff.
• Calling Doctors, Camp coordination, Doctor's empanelments. Etc.
• Coordinating with patients to support them for estimates, scheme MEMO & required documentation.
• Any other jobs assigned by superiors as per exigencies of work.

Additional Responsibilities:

• To maintain NABH documentation. To support Departmental Training.
• To support RGJY, PMC and other various scheme.
• Strictly follow HR polices and protocol.
