Fairdeal.Market in Gurgaon seeks a Program Manager – Founder’s Office to work closely with the Founder/CEO on strategic programs across Category, Supply, Operations, Sales, Product and Business teams.

You will own end-to-end execution, define KPIs, build dashboards, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing B2B marketplace.

Qualifications

Fairdeal.Market is a fast-growing B2B commerce platform enabling efficient trade between retailers and suppliers across categories. We are building a technology-driven marketplace that simplifies procurement and enables local retailers and suppliers to grow their businesses. We are looking for a Program Manager – Founder’s Office who can work closely with the Founder/CEO on high-priority business initiatives, strategic programs and cross-functional execution.

Role Overview

As a Program Manager – Founder’s Office, you will work directly with the Founder/CEO to drive critical business programs across Category, Supply, Operations, Sales, Product and Business teams. The role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, can independently solve ambiguous business problems, and has the ability to take an initiative from problem identification → planning → execution → tracking → closure.

You will be responsible for driving multiple strategic programs simultaneously and ensuring that business priorities are executed with the right speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Program Management

• Work directly with the Founder/CEO on high-impact strategic and operational programs.
• Own end-to-end execution of critical business initiatives across functions.
• Break down large business problems into actionable workstreams, timelines and deliverables.
• Establish clear goals, milestones, KPIs and ownership for every program.
• Continuously monitor progress and ensure timely closure of key initiatives.

2. Business & Category Programs

• Work closely with Category, Supply, Operations, Sales and Product teams to drive business growth initiatives.
• Identify gaps in business performance and develop structured solutions.
• Drive initiatives related to category expansion, assortment, pricing, supply availability, customer experience, productivity and operational efficiency.
• Track business outcomes and ensure that initiatives translate into measurable impact.

3. Data & Business Analytics

• Analyse business data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Track key metrics such as revenue, GMV, margins, order volumes, fill rate, availability, productivity, customer metrics and operational KPIs.
• Build business reviews, dashboards and management reports for the Founder/leadership team.
• Provide data-backed insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.

4. Cross-functional Execution

• Work with senior stakeholders across Category, Procurement, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance and Technology.
• Drive alignment between teams and manage interdependencies.
• Identify execution bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution.
• Ensure action items from leadership meetings are followed through to completion.

5. Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in existing business processes and operating models.
• Design and implement scalable processes to improve business performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across functions.
• Build mechanisms to ensure that new processes are adopted and sustained.

6. Founder/CEO Office

• Support the Founder/CEO on special projects and high-priority business problems.
• Prepare presentations, business reviews, analysis and decision-making documents.
• Conduct market, competitor and business analysis as required.
• Support strategic partnerships, investor-related projects and other company-level initiatives.
• Take ownership of confidential and time-sensitive projects.

What We Are Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Business Management or similar roles.
• Experience in high-growth startups, consumer internet, marketplace, hyperlocal, e-commerce, quick commerce or service-tech businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in managing cross-functional programs from planning to execution.
• Experience working with business, operations or category teams is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work with large datasets and convert insights into actionable business decisions.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
