Job summary

New Trends Commerce Private Limited, a Poddar Group company with Amazon investment, is building a paid account management program. The Program Manager will own initiatives end-to-end, manage work orders, contracts and vendors, and drive CRM and automation adoption to scale the business.

Reporting to the Business Head, you will coordinate with finance, legal, HR and admin, track invoicing and SLAs, and shape the service excellence charter to elevate seller experience and NPS as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of program management experience in e-commerce, retail or internet industry.
• Bachelor's degree mandatory; Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong written, oral and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and drive cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Own critical program initiatives end-to-end and establish governance for scale.
• Manage work orders, contracts and vendor relationships including SLAs and commercials.
• Drive tool identification, evaluation and adoption for CRM and automation.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, HR and admin to ensure invoicing and payments are timely.
• Lead service excellence charter to elevate seller experience and NPS.
• Run operating rhythm with the Business Analyst and track key metrics.
• Act as escalation point for program issues and develop solutions with the Business Head.
• Build partnerships with industry partners and enablers.

About the role

We are building a Paid Account Management business — paid services that help sellers launch,

grow and scale their online business. The Program Manager will be the operational backbone of this

program, owning the initiatives, mechanisms, vendors, tools and cross-functional coordination that

keep the business running smoothly. The role reports to the Business Head and partners with them

  authorizations, amendments), vendor contracts, SLAs, commercials and performance reviews

  3. Drive tool identification, evaluation and adoption — CRM, account management platform and

  
  

  automation — from requirements to rollout

  4. Partner with finance, legal, HR and admin to keep the business unblocked; co-own timely

  
  

  invoicing, payment tracking and reconciliation with the finance team, and create mechanisms that

  
  

  enable the business development and account management teams on timely invoicing and

  5. Own the service excellence charter for the program — partner with team leads and the Business
