Job summary

WOW Softech is seeking a Senior Business Head Surveillance / Electronic Security for India to build and scale the surveillance-camera business. You will own P&L, revenue, and sales strategy across the Indian market, starting from Noida.

You will develop distributor and SI networks, lead government/PSU tenders, coordinate certifications, manage supply chain margins, and drive AMC revenue while expanding nationwide and leading a high-performance team to achieve the Year-1 plan.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of overall leadership experience.
• 10–12+ years in senior business/P&L leadership.
• Experience in surveillance/electronic security domain preferred.

We are currently hiring for a senior leadership opportunity for the position of Business Head Surveillance / Electronic Security (India) with a company establishing and scaling its surveillance-camera business in the Indian market.

About the Role

Designation: Business Head Surveillance / Electronic Security

Location: Noida

Experience: 20+ years overall, including 10–12+ years in senior business/P&L leadership

Fixed CTC: Based of Interview and current ctc

Variable: 20–30% of fixed CTC, linked to revenue/KRA performance

The Business Head will have overall responsibility for building and scaling the India surveillance business, including:
