Xomiro Technologies in Hyderabad seeks a senior leader to own the MV/LV switchgear business with full P&L, drive sales growth, manage key accounts, pricing, and market expansion.

You will drive India manufacturing localisation, establish GEIS partnerships, and oversee supply chain, quality, delivery and after-sales service, guiding cross-functional teams to sustained performance.

Qualifications

• 12-18 years of experience in MV/LV switchgear or electrical equipment.
• Strong in P&L, business development, strategic sales, pricing, manufacturing localisation, and team leadership.
