We are looking for a skilled Business Head to lead our LV & HT Panels Manufacturing team in Chengalpattu. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Design and develop low voltage (LV) and high tension (HT) panels, switchgear systems, and panel designs.
• Manage manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective communication and collaboration.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience in LV/HT Switchgear, Panel Design, Business Development, Manufacturing Operations, P&L Management, Auto Card, Eplan.
