ONGRID A brand of Handy Online Solutions Private Limited, Chennai & Bangalore, is seeking an Individual Contributor with leadership runway to drive enterprise BFSI revenue and form bank partnerships. The role focuses on large strategic deals and shaping the go-to-market motion for our infra products.

The position targets high-growth fintech infra with a potential leadership trajectory in a fast-paced environment. You will operate as an IC but poised to scale with the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling BFSI / fintech / infra / API products to banks or large NBFCs
• Strong understanding of bank buying processes, RFPs, InfoSec, and compliance
• Ability to build relationships at CXO / BU head level
• Hunger to build something, not just manage accounts

This role is for someone who knows how banks actually buy — procurement, compliance, pilots, long sales cycles, and internal champions — and can open doors, run large deals, and close.

You should have:
