Role Overview

Scimplify is looking for a Business Development professional with strong international exposure in Contract Manufacturing (CMO/CDMO). The role will focus on driving global partnerships, identifying contract manufacturing opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development for contract manufacturing opportunities across global markets.
• Identify and engage with international customers seeking CMO/CDMO partnerships.
• Build strong techno-commercial relationships with clients and manufacturing partners.
• Work closely with R&D, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to develop customized solutions for customers.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into manufacturing and technical solutions.
• Track global market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships in contract manufacturing.
• Manage end-to-end BD cycle from lead generation to project closure.

Key Requirements

• 6–12 years of experience in Contract Manufacturing / CMO / CDMO business development.
