Job summary

Renaissance Archconsultant seeks a motivated tender bid specialist to track and identify new tenders for government, PSUs and private organizations in Delhi. You will manage registration on e-tender portals, prepare bid documents, and coordinate with departments to finalize submissions.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, aggressive and results-oriented approach, and an ability to leverage personal contacts to expand opportunities in the industry.

• Aggressive and result-oriented with own contacts to develop new industry contacts

Responsibilities

• Track, search online and offline tenders/RFPs for new bids and design competitions
• Tender downloading and registration on e-tender portals; handling digital signatures
• Understand Pre-Qualification requirements and respond as needed
• Follow procedures for tender compilation, authorization and dispatch
• Prepare online and offline tender documents and submissions
• Prepare proposals, manage bidding process and prepare bid documents incl. fees/EMD
• Discuss with management for clarifications from departments
• Handle entire tender process from inquiry to final submission
• Coordinate tender reviews and deadlines with departments
• Follow up tender registrations and payments; maintain confidentiality

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• 1. Track, Searching Online & Offline Tenders/ RFPs for New Bids / Design Competitions of Government/ PSUs & Private Organizations.
• 2. Tender Downloading, Handling registration of E- Tendering portals and digital signature certificates.
• 3. Understanding of Pre-Qualification requirements and responding to same as and when required.
• 4. To follow relevant procedures for tender compilation, authorization, and dispatch.
• 5. Preparation of online & offline tender Documents and online & offline submission of Tender documents.
• 6. Prepare proposals and submission. Manage Bidding Process, Prepare Bid Documents incl Fees/ EMD preparation deposit.
• 7. Discuss with management regarding clarification sought from departments for various tenders.
• 8. Responsible for handling the entire tender from registration of inquiry to finalization and submission.
• 9. Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjusting them to the time frame given by the departments.
• 10. Follow up tender registration & payments dues in various government departments. Utmost confidentially to be maintained at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1. Sound knowledge of Tender bidding activity, new Tender searching is mandatory.
• 2. Self-motivated with good know-how in Industry.
• 3. Good Communication and Inter-personal skill.
