Job summary

Isc Projects is seeking a dedicated Bid Manager to lead end-to-end tender processes in Pune. You will analyze client requirements, prepare compliance documents, and coordinate with engineering and other teams to gather data for bids.

The role involves reviewing financial terms, preparing synopses, tracking timelines, and managing communications with tender authorities. Experience in government portals and RFQ/RFP submissions is valued.

Responsibilities

• Calculation of Bid Capacity, Threshold Values, Net Worth, and assessment of technical and financial capabilities as per client requirements.
• Review tender documents to identify financial requirements, commercial terms, payment conditions, taxes, duties, and other cost implications.
• Preparing synopses of technical and financial eligibility criteria, tender schedules, and compliance documentation.
• Identify and analyse tender opportunities (Tender Searching): Identify potential tenders, review requirements, and assess feasibility.
• Identification and tracking of upcoming business opportunities across sectors especially in Highways (EPC, HAM, BOT) and other sectors like Railways, Metros, irrigation and water Resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams: Work with engineering, and other departments to gather information and ensure alignment.
• Prepare and submit tender documents: Prepare and submit complete and accurate tender documents, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Manage the tender process: Monitor timelines, track progress, and manage communication with tender authorities.
• Maintain records: Keep detailed records of tender processes, correspondence, and contracts.
• Stay updated: Stay current on industry trends and market conditions.
• Preparation and submission of Request for Qualification (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
• Proficient in E-Procurement systems and government bidding portals.
• Coordination with clients for project-specific queries pre- and post-bid submission (including attending pre-bid meetings).
• Identify Government sector PSU companies and build strong relationship with them.
• Preparation of tender document.
• Understand Qualification & search for suitable JV partners & complete documentation of the same.
• Co-ordinating on the contract process and procedures
• Represent the company in pre-bid meetings, negotiations and get necessary orders.
• Bid submission and represent the company during evaluation process and co-ordination with clients till finalisation of the same.
