You will manage Google Ads and Meta Ads, monitor performance, and collaborate with creative teams to improve ad effectiveness.

The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on PPC experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking to drive measurable results. On-site position in Surat.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS and ROI.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking tools.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
• Set up and analyze GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & conversions.
• Manage budgets and provide performance reports.
• Collaborate with creatives for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROI growth.

Location: Surat (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) campaigns.
• Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions.
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
• Setup and analyze GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel & Conversion Tracking.
• Manage advertising budgets and provide performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative teams for ad creatives and landing page improvements.
