Job summary

GETSETFIT in Mumbai is seeking a dynamic sales-focused professional to turn conversations into memberships. You will engage with leads via Instagram, WhatsApp and other chat platforms, understand fitness goals and guide individuals to the right GETSETFIT program.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in sales, counselling or chat-based customer service, excellent written English, confident communication, and a genuine interest in fitness and wellness. Bring Your Own Device is allowed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, business development, or chat-based customer service.
• Excellent written English and strong conversational skills.
• Natural, persuasive, and confident communication style.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Target-driven with strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities
