Job summary

Global Agri Resources is seeking an Operations Head to oversee the day-to-day flow of customer orders from confirmation to delivery at our Hyderabad office.

You will be the key link between customers, production, purchase and logistics teams, accountable for delivery timelines and customer satisfaction, with a focus on improving process efficiency and reliability. The role requires coordinating across teams, maintaining Excel trackers, and working 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift from Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, order management, logistics coordination, or customer coordination.
• Decent spoken English and comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and ownership skills.
• Basic MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end order process and ensure every order is delivered on time.
• Coordinate with customers on order requirements, timelines, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and transporters for dispatch and shipment.
• Work with purchase and production teams to ensure materials and products are ready on schedule.
• Track all orders and escape delays before they affect customers.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat and further orders.
• Maintain order trackers and prepare regular operations reports in Excel.
