Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. invites applications for a field sales role in Karnataka. The candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and cross-selling gold loan related products to customers, while strictly adhering to lending norms and maintaining transaction integrity.

The role requires strong communication, an outgoing personality, and the ability to generate leads through branch catchment activities. Graduate candidates with a proactive mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate.
• Graduate (minimum) as educational qualification.
• Basic computer knowledge with MS Office applications mandatory; MS Excel preferable.
