Job summary

KLM Systems in Boduppal, Hyderabad is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in US IT staffing. You will acquire new clients, build vendor partnerships, and secure IT job orders for our recruiting team, while expanding accounts and strengthening relationships with hiring managers and MSPs.

The role requires strong B2B sales experience in IT staffing, client acquisition, and deep knowledge of the US IT services market. Immediate joining preferred; note there is no cab facility.

Location: Boduppal, Hyderabad

Shift: US Shift 07:00PM IST to 04:00AM IST

Role & responsibilities

• Acquiring new clients, building vendor partnerships, and securing IT job orders for the internal recruiting team.
• Identify, prospect, and pitch IT staffing and staff augmentation services to new direct end-clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners in the US market.
• Maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendor management systems (VMS/MSP) to ensure repeat business and account expansion.

Preferred candidate profile
