Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in business development, corporate staffing, technical hiring, or talent placement in semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of ASIC, SoC, Physical Design, DFT, Verification.
• Existing network in semiconductor or EDA firms is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate terms, and close placement deals.
