Job summary

Sunbrilo Technology in India is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional with 7–10 years in semiconductor staffing or related fields. You will identify key stakeholders, pitch trained resources for contract staffing, and build a repeatable client pipeline across VLSI, ASIC, and DFT roles.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in business development, corporate staffing, technical hiring, or talent placement in semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor hiring needs (ASIC, SoC, Physical Design, DFT, Verification).
• Existing network in semiconductor or EDA firms is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate terms, and close placement deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and organized.
