Job summary

Sunbrilo Technology seeks an experienced business development professional with 7–10 years in semiconductor staffing to drive contract staffing for VLSI, ASIC, and related roles. You will build relationships with HR and engineering leaders, pitch trained resources, and coordinate with internal teams to align candidates with client needs.

This role focuses on meeting placement targets, expanding a repeatable client pipeline, and representing the company at industry events and meetings in India.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in business development or staffing within semiconductors.
• Strong knowledge of ASIC, SoC, Physical Design, DFT, Verification.
• Existing network in semiconductor or EDA firms is advantageous.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.

Key Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in business development, corporate staffing, technical hiring, or talent placement in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  
• Strong understanding of semiconductor hiring needs ASIC, SoC, Physical Design, DFT, Verification, etc.
  
• Existing network in semiconductor or EDA firms is a strong advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field.
