Job summary

Kalpataru Limited in Thane is seeking a real estate sourcing professional to engage with channel partners, brokers and PMC for land and redevelopment opportunities, and to conduct site visits and market studies.

You will compile property details, perform basic title due diligence, interact with government agencies, monitor regulatory changes, coordinate tenders, prepare financial feasibility and MIS, and present updates to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Interact with channel partners, brokers, and PMC for leads on land and society redevelopment
• Carry out site visits, market studies, and prepare site reports
• Compile property details like property card and development plan remarks including basic title due diligence (Technical and Legal Due Diligence)
• Interact with Government Agencies
• Monitor impact of regulatory changes in feasibility of projects
• Coordinate for tender submissions, attend pre-bid meetings and ensure regular follow ups
• Prepare financial feasibility based on the inputs available
• Prepare MIS of properties under evaluation and maintain documentation on a regular basis
• Present to senior management on projects, both ongoing and future properties
