The candidate will manage multiple projects, liaise with authorities, and oversee surveys and feasibility studies to secure acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 3–15 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or land procurement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of land titles, titles verification and regulations.
