Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local land aggregators to supervise work scope for land acquisition and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct prima facie review of land documents and verification for due diligence.
• Review land deeds and prepare documentation for execution, signing and registration.
• Liaise with land aggregators, landowners, and government officials to expedite acquisition and approvals.
• Coordinate with local counsel if required to conduct title searches.

Accountabilities

MajorActivities

• Collaborate with local land aggregators to supervise the scope of work for land acquisition and ensure timely completion.
• Conductaprima-faciereviewoflanddocumentsandverification, and maintenance of land documents required for legal due diligence..
• Review land deeds, prepare necessary documentation, and finalize them for execution, signing and registration of deeds
• Liaise with land aggregators, landowners, and government officials to expedite land acquisition, registration, and other necessary approvals.
• Coordinationwithlocalcounsel,ifrequired,toconducttitle

searchesandhandleanyrelatedlitigation.

• Procurealloriginaldocumentsfromlandaggregatorsand/or government authorities and maintain proper records.
• Supportandfacilitatethecompletionofgovernmentsurveys and demarcation for the project land post-acquisition, maintaining accurate records.
• Provide support to construction and operation teams in resolving any land-related issues, including Right of Way (RoW) matters.
• Cultivate strong relationships with local government authorities to streamline compliance processes and ensure smooth construction and operation activities.
• Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely payment of statutory obligations.
• Maintain safe custody of original land documents and ensure proper documentation
• Assist in RoW-related activities, market intelligence, and stakeholder coordination.
