Ideas Design Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a driven BDM for 3D Printer and Additive Manufacturing solutions in Gurugram and nearby regions.

The role focuses on building a regional sales pipeline, identifying key prospects in education, manufacturing, and engineering, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of experience in selling 3D printers (FDM, Polyjet, SLS, SLA, DMLS) and possesses a BE Mechanical degree or MBA in Marketing.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant selling experience in 3D printers.
• Strong regional sales planning and pipeline management.
• Ability to lead and mentor a small sales team.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve regional revenue targets and market penetration goals.
• Identify and target key prospects and clients within the education, manufacturing, engineering, and related industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical support, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective communication.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
• Develop a sustainable sales pipeline through outbound initiatives like cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
• Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting and lead to closure
