Job summary

Jubilant FoodWorks (JFL) seeks a Business Development Manager in India with focus on market mapping, location assessment, and landlord coordination to drive expansion across potential sites in Rajasthan's Udaipur district.

You will build a robust pipeline, coordinate license-related processes, and prepare essential reports to support leasing decisions, working with Accounts, Legal and Store Operations to finalize agreements.

Responsibilities

• Track upcoming developments and create a strong pipeline.
• Conduct market mapping surveys for new potential locations.
• Prepare property reports including SOR, ROI and rental outflow.
• Complete and process landlord-related legal documents for rent or lease.
• Survey market potential and identify trade areas.
• Coordinate license documents and define landlord responsibilities for projects.
• Liaise with Accounts, Legal and Store Operations to ensure alignment.
• Ensure timely closure of lease agreements with legal and property owners.

Job description

Business Development Manager:

Track upcoming developments & create a pipeline.

Market Mapping Survey of New Potential location.

Prepare reports for properties – SOR, ROI, Rental outflow.

Complete and process appropriate legal documents and forms from the landlord related to the rent or lease.

Market Mapping – Survey and Understand market potential and help identify trade areas.

Coordinate – License related documents, load, Landlord scope of responsibilities, etc. for projects.

Liaison between landlord and other departments in the company Like Accounts, Legal and Store Operations Team.

Ensuring timely closure of the agreements with the legal and property owners.
