Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with the B2B across India, US, UK, UAE and Australia for the various engineering BIM services.
• Identifying the customer scope and helping them to convert their goals, thereby achieving monthly/quarter targets, report generation and presentation in the weekly meetings with the management.
• Bid Management: Lead proposal preparation including documentation (both technical and non-technical parts), coordination with technical team, bid compilation, bid submission (online & offline), tracking, and maintaining BD database in internal ERP systems.
• Analysis & Market Research: Preparation of Market/Sector research, Strategy Development
• Communicating: Manage internal and external communications dynamically in consultation with the Studio Managers and respond to inquiries as appropriate.
• Fostering Professional Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with the internal teams and external stakeholders through proactive outreach, meetings and communications.
• Scanning business opportunities: Keep a continuous tab on opportunities/pursuits across various online/offline platforms
• Marketing & Communications: Developing marketing materials, presentations, white papers, articles and representing A+U Division in forums
• Maintaining Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and Arcadiss policies.
• Supporting the Project Team: Provide technical support to the project teams on a needbasis
