Job summary

Ekloud Data Labs in India is seeking an experienced IT Staffing Sales professional to drive new business and close IT workforce solutions. You will build relationships with key decision-makers, understand hiring needs, and offer tailored staffing services.

Responsibilities include end-to-end sales cycles, coordination with delivery teams, and meeting revenue targets. Prior IT staffing experience and a strong client network will be highly valued in this on-site role located in Haryana SECTOR 78.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment / Contract Staffing.
• Mandatory experience in selling IT workforce/staff augmentation solutions.
• Strong B2B sales, client acquisition and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and relationship-management skills.
• Existing IT client network will be an added advantage.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand client IT hiring requirements and offer suitable staffing solutions.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client closure.
