Job summary

Liberating Solution in Kolkata (Sector V) invites an Online Bidder/BD Executive to pursue relevant projects on Upwork and other portals. You will craft tailored proposals, generate leads via LinkedIn and other online channels, and coordinate with the technical team to align client needs.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ bid experience, strong written and spoken English, and solid negotiation and interpersonal skills. This is a day/ night shift role with work-from-office setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Online Bidder/BD Executive/Manager.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of bidding portals and proposal drafting.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
