Job summary

CryptoMize in New Delhi (HQ) is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our new-business motion end to end. Immediate joining; a full-time permanent leadership role with responsibility for targets, pipeline health, and staff coaching.

You will own the practice's growth targets, mentor the executive team, and ensure engagements are scoped and forecasted with honesty and accountability. The position requires strategic thinking and market insight.

This is a full-time, permanent leadership position with immediate joining at our New Delhi HQ, running the new-business motion end to end. New business development concerns every activity involved in realizing new opportunities — service design, business model fit, and the marketing that carries them — and here it also means managing the people who execute it. You will own targets, manage and mentor the executive bench, and keep the pipeline honest enough to plan delivery around. The manager holds the tension between ambition and honesty: the practice staffs ahead of engagements, and it can only do that on forecasts that mean what they say. That honesty is a management duty here, not an aspiration. It is also what makes the seat senior. It shows up in forecast reviews first, and in the staffing plans that follow them. What you will actually do:

• Own new-business targets for the practice — exceptional results delivered against assigned numbers, honestly earned
