This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining at our New Delhi HQ, supporting the delivery of client engagements across the practice’s five pillars. Engagements here are complex on purpose — perception programs, privacy builds and campaign operations with many moving parts — and they run on coordination that never drops a thread. You will work directly beside project managers: maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables, coordinating teams and flagging risk early enough to matter. The role is the practice’s leadership pipeline in miniature — every engagement you coordinate teaches you how scope, staffing and client expectation interact, and how the best managers keep all three honest at once. What you will actually do:

• Assist project managers directly in achieving engagement objectives — timelines, deliverables and coordination across cells
• Maintain the project record: schedule, task status, decision log and risk register kept current enough to trust
• Track deliverable movement between teams — strategist, analyst, platform and client-review handoffs
