We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in a leading industrial chemical manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, visiting various industries, and monitoring systems to ensure effective operations. This role involves coordinating with business partners, customers, clients, dealers, and the sales team from the initial inquiry through to installation requests, service, and complaint resolution. The Business Development Manager will conduct site visits and maintain relationships with clients and dealers, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Additionally, the role includes managing service engineers and technicians, guiding and assigning tasks to team members for the proper execution of projects. The candidate will also be responsible for creating and training business partners, clients, dealers, and distributors on the technical and operational aspects of industrial water treatment chemicals. Frequent site visits for feedback and after-sales service will be required. The successful candidate should be a science graduate (B.Sc / B.Tech/BE/Diploma Engineer preferred) with good communication skills and a background in industrial sales and marketing.
