Job summary

Buddhi Clinic Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced operations leader to strengthen doctor and hospital partnerships, drive referrals, and hit revenue targets. You will collaborate with marketing and clinical teams, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure smooth patient onboarding.

The role requires strong communication, relationship management, and leadership skills to develop new business opportunities and optimize clinic performance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare or Management is preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in clinic operations and/or healthcare sales.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience in handling targets and business development.
• Ability to manage operations and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and referral partners.
• Conduct regular meetings with doctors to generate patient referrals.
