Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations.

• Track revenue, expenses, collections and costs.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Clinic Business & Operations Head to oversee the day-to-day operations, business performance, patient experience, team management, and overall growth of the clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong operational, administrative, people-management, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, nurses, front-office, support staff, and other teams.
• Monitor patient flow, appointments, registrations, billing, and overall patient experience.
• Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and service-quality standards.
• Manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance monitoring, and discipline.
• Track clinic revenue, expenses, collections, and operational costs.
• Prepare and monitor MIS reports, operational dashboards, and business performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, patient retention, referrals, and overall clinic growth.
• Handle patient feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, service providers, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, healthcare regulations, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
• Support the Doctor / Founder in strategic planning and business decisions.
• Drive marketing initiatives, local partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and business development activities.
• Monitor inventory, medical/non-medical supplies, equipment, and facility requirements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions where required.
