Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Staffing/IT services
• Proven track record of sales and revenue achievement
• Experience with IT/Non-IT staffing, contract staffing, RPO, or workforce solutions
• Strong client network and business development skills
• Knowledge of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099, Direct Hire) is a plus
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Naukri, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across India & US markets.
• Manage end-to-end staffing engagements onsite in Chennai.
• Build and maintain a strong client network to expand business opportunities.
