Job summary

SAVY WORK is hiring a Business Development Executive for a full-time in-office role in Lucknow. You will generate quality leads from LinkedIn, referrals, emails, and visits, and convert them through a performance-driven process guided by the BDM.

The role emphasizes hitting daily, weekly and monthly targets with no cap on earnings, thanks to commissions and incentives. Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years in sales are welcome. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Freshers or 1–2 years experience in Business Development / Sales / Inside Sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred).
• Strong communication & persuasion in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Generate quality leads via LinkedIn, calls, emails, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings/demos with the BDM.
• Follow up with leads and nurture pipeline to conversion.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, conversations, and pipeline.
• Meet or exceed targets for leads, meetings and conversions.
• Build a strong sales pipeline from office visits and client meetings.

Why This Role?

We’re looking for a hungry, target-driven Business Development Executive to work closely with the Business Development Manager. This is a pure performance-based role where your ability to generate quality leads and close deals directly impacts your earnings and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Generate quality leads every month via LinkedIn, Instagram, cold calls, emails, networking, referrals, and client visits
• Identify and approach startups, SMEs, and businesses needing digital marketing & AI-powered solutions
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings/demos with the BDM
• Follow up consistently and nurture leads until conversion
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, conversations, and pipeline
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly & monthly targets for leads, meetings, and conversions
• Build a strong sales pipeline while working from the office and travelling to clients

What We’re Looking For

• Local Lucknow-based candidates strongly preferred
• Freshers or 1–2 years experience in Business Development / Sales / Inside Sales
• Strong communication & persuasion skills in English and Hindi
• Comfortable working full-time from the office and hitting targets
• Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred)

**Compensation (Fully Target-Based)**

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)
