Job summary

Pixel Grabber Films, a Mumbai-based ad film production house and creative agency, is expanding its Business Development team. We seek a strong BD professional to drive new business, foster relationships with brands and ad agencies, manage pitches and convert opportunities into high-value advertising projects.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, coordinate with internal creative, strategy and production teams, and negotiate commercials to onboard projects smoothly.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of BD experience in an ad film production house or advertising agency.
• Strong network with brand marketing teams and ad agencies.
• Proven ability to sell creative and production services.
• Understanding of ad film production, campaign workflow and agency ecosystem.
• Proven track record of hitting revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business from brands and advertising and creative agencies, and marketing teams (Primarily B2B).
• Identify, outreach, and close high-budget ad film and campaign opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and agency producers.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; track leads, meetings and pitch status.
• Work with internal creative, strategy and production teams to build competitive pitch decks.
• Negotiate commercials, close deals, and ensure smooth project onboarding.

Pixel Grabber Films is a Mumbai-based Ad Film Production House & Creative Advertising Agency.

We create big-budget ad films, AI commercials, end-to-end advertising campaigns, DVCs, product films, and high-quality photo shoots for top brands like Vivo, Antara, Glenmorangie, Deltin, Mamaearth, Philips, and more.

We are now expanding our Business and Growth team and looking for a strong, industry-connected Business Development Manager.

Role Overview:

You will be the key driver for getting new business, building relationships with brands & ad agencies, managing pitches, and converting opportunities into high-value advertising/film projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business from brands and advertising and creatuve agencies, and marketing teams (Primarily B2B)
