WhiteLion is seeking a proactive business development professional in Pune to drive opportunities in home automation. You will generate qualified leads, onboard Architects, and nurture ongoing relationships with Architects and developers.

Key duties include pipeline management, CRM data upkeep, and coordinating with Sales for smooth lead handovers. The role emphasizes market research and ongoing business development to expand premium residential projects.

• Sound knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Generate quality leads through market research, networking, calls, emails, social media outreach, and field visits.
• Meet and onboard new Architects into the company system and build strong professional relationships.
• Regularly engage with existing Architects to identify upcoming projects and generate business opportunities.
• Qualify leads and manage the complete lead pipeline through timely follow-ups and status tracking.
• Maintain accurate lead, Architect, and project data in the CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales and Sales Support teams to ensure smooth leadhandover and conversion.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential customers.
• Manage and process Point Claims for Architects and Electricians as per company guidelines.
• Ensure effective relationship management, customer engagement, and continuous business development.
