Job summary

WhiteLion Systems Pvt Ltd in India seeks a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive high-quality leads for residential home automation projects. You will research markets, network with architects, and manage outreach through calls, emails, social media, and field visits.

You will onboard architects, build lasting relationships, qualify opportunities, maintain CRM data, and coordinate with Sales to convert leads into projects while staying aligned with market trends and company guidelines.

Job Description

• Generate quality leads through market research, networking, calls, emails, socialmedia outreach, and field visits.
• Meet and onboard new Architects into the company system and build strongprofessional relationships.
• Regularly engage with existing Architects to identify upcoming projects and generatebusiness opportunities.
• Qualify leads and manage the complete lead pipeline through timely follow-ups andstatus tracking.
• Maintain accurate lead, Architect, and project data in the CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales and Sales Support teams to ensure smooth leadhandover and conversion.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, andpotential customers.
• Manage and process Point Claims for Architects and Electricians as per companyguidelines.
• Ensure effective relationship management, customer engagement, and continuousbusiness development.

Requirements
