Job Description

• Conduct market research and network to generate new leads and establish a solid pipeline.
• Conceive of and implement plans to bring in new business and strategic alliances.
• Demonstrate agency services and adapt proposals to meet client needs after understanding them.
• Work together with the strategy and creative teams to provide individualised solutions.
• Successfully finalise contracts through negotiation and closing of deals. Connect with current customers on a personal level to encourage them to do business with you again.
• Possess a minimum of one years of relevant work experience as a BDE or an equivalent position in an advertising agency or associated field. Branding, marketing, and advertising concepts are heavily understood.
• Superb abilities in communicating, negotiating, and interacting with others.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Motivated, self-directed, and capable of working both alone and in a team.
• At least a bachelor’s degree in a business-related or marketing-related undergraduate major.
