Webcazador Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder to generate leads for digital marketing and web development projects. You will identify opportunities, write winning proposals, and convert prospects into clients.

The role involves bidding on relevant Upwork projects, generating and qualifying leads, communicating with clients to understand requirements, coordinating with the technical team, negotiating, and closing deals to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Upwork bidding experience.
• Experience with Digital Marketing & Web Development projects.
• Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Website Development is a plus.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
