Prestige Metro Properties in Bengaluru is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales of real estate projects. Role involves field visits, client meetings, and promoting properties from office and on-site locations.

Freshers with good communication can apply. The candidate should be comfortable with field work, have Kannada/English/Hindi languages, and be ready for a data-driven, target-based environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply. MBA preferred for higher roles.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through Cold Calling, Field Visits, Referrals and Online Bidding
• Explain and promote real estate projects/properties to clients
• Handle both Inside Sales & Field Sales — client meetings, site visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue generation goals
• Conduct product presentations and negotiations with clients
• Follow up with potential clients and close deals
• Maintain sales report in MS Excel
