Sunbrilo Technology is hiring a Business Development Executive Fresher (Staff Augmentation) in Pune. The role focuses on identifying potential clients for IT/Non-IT staffing, building relationships with HR teams, and supporting the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure.

The position offers hands-on training in staffing and business development, with exposure to real client interactions and sales processes, aiming to grow into a full-fledged Business Development Manager.

Qualifications

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Sales/Business Development/Recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Confidence to speak with clients and handle conversations.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
