Job summary

Sunbrilo Technology is hiring a Business Development Executive Fresher for staff augmentation in Pune. The position is office-based with 6 working days a week, inviting freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales or recruitment.

You will identify potential clients, generate leads, build client relationships, and learn end-to-end sales processes while coordinating with recruitment to meet client hiring needs.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are interested in building a career in Business Development within the IT/Non-IT staffing industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, learning sales strategies, and growing client relationships. You will be trained and guided to understand staffing services and client acquisition.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support in identifying and reaching out to potential clients for IT/Non-IT staffing services.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, and networking.
• Assist in building relationships with HR teams and decision-makers.
• Understand basic client hiring requirements and share them with the recruitment team.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
• Learn and assist in the end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure).
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Support senior team members in meetings and business discussions.
