Caliber Inno Enterprise in Delhi NCR is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive SaaS CRM adoption among salon owners. You will meet owners, demonstrate the platform, and close deals in the field.

The role requires daily travel across NCR six days a week; freshers with strong communication are welcome, with a path to senior sales roles and joining bonuses.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong negotiation ability and handling objections.
• Must own a two-wheeler for NCR travel.
• Comfortable with field sales 6 days a week.
• Freshers welcome; prior field sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet salon owners and decision-makers face-to-face across Delhi NCR.
• Deliver live CRM demos and explain business impact.
• Negotiate and close field sales deals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Track competitor activity and market trends in salons/beauty.
• Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR).
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet salon owners, managers & decision-makers face-to-face across Delhi NCR
• Deliver live CRM software demos and explain how it solves real business problems
• Negotiate and close sales deals in the field
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Track competitor activity & market trends in the salon/beauty industry
• Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR)
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication & convincing skills
• Strong negotiation ability, confident handling objections
• Must own a two-wheeler (daily travel across NCR required)
