Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the finance or related industries.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience, ideally in the banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase FINAC by AKSSAI accounting software to inbound leads.
• Convert leads into clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify client needs and propose customized solutions, including expert accountant services as needed.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales activities; negotiate and finalize deals to drive revenue growth.
• Contact 30-40 customers per day, scheduling 3-5 client meetings daily.
• Ensure 3-5 client conversions per week.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
• Maintain and analyse daily records of sales activities and prepare regular sales performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
