• Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks is a plus.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and deal-closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking.
• Pitch outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, payroll, and financial services to prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present tailored service solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Australian clients.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIs.
