Desired Candidate’s Profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in dealing with international clients and bidding on platforms such as Upwork and Guru.
• Experience in the IT industry, particularly Web and Android domains.
• Ability to introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, Upwork, Guru, referrals, presentations, and sales campaigns, and generate leads/requirements.
• Work in a highly competitive environment to develop a new customer base through innovative methods and interventions without compromising on quality standards.
• Consistent follow‑ups with clients to develop long‑term relationships.
• Negotiation, closing deals, and end‑to‑end management of client accounts.
• Strong communication, online bidding, internet marketing, international sales, business development, and business analyst skills.
• Preferred educational qualifications: BTECH+MBA, BCA+MBA, MTECH, MCA.
