This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Shivpuri. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales cycle for solar EPC projects. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, prepare and deliver client presentations, support proposal development, and collaborate with technical and project teams to align solutions with customer needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, managing key accounts, tracking sales activities in CRM tools, and meeting defined revenue and growth targets. The role also requires regular field visits, participation in industry events, and timely reporting on business development performance and pipeline status.
