Job summary

CS Groups, a Patna-based business consulting firm, is hiring a Business Development Executive for our Bailey Road office. You will identify opportunities, reach out to potential clients, pitch services, and convert leads into paying clients.

The role is client-facing, target-driven, and offers monthly incentives on top of a fixed salary. Freshers with strong communication in Hindi and English are welcome; the position is on-site, with a 9:30 AM–6:30 PM schedule, Monday–Saturday, at the Raja
