Job summary

Plasopan in Delhi NCR is hiring a field sales executive to drive growth for uPVC doors and windows. You will generate and follow up on leads, visit construction sites, and meet builders, architects, and channel partners to generate orders.

You must own a two-wheeler, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be willing to travel extensively across Noida, Gurgaon and Delhi. Competitive incentive-based earnings are offered.

Qualifications

• 23 years of sales/marketing experience (building materials, construction, hardware, or related industries preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 3.03.4 LPA

CTC: 6 LPA and above (includes Incentive)
